  Ordered the shrimp platter, when I got it to my surprise it was 10 small shrimp, with a little lettuce. I thought this can't be it, for 18 dollars. Nope that's how much it was, 18 dollars. The shrimp didn't taste good either, and it was slightly soggy and bland, hush pippies were good. They use to have really good she crab soup, now it looks and taste more like clam chowder. I don't know what is going on with Gilligans, but the good is not the same and the prices are now extreme for very little food. At least our waitress was nice.

  We had a very poor experience my last visit. The place smelled like a urinal..the food was soggy and cold...and the service was slow. I was told I'd receive a gift card in the mail and never did. That's ok though..I wouldn't go back now anyway but I will tell anyone I can NOT to go there.
