  Never would have thought KFC would employ such careless, inappropriate people at this store. I went there to get two five dollar fill-ups and a $10 wing box. The drive through employee who took my order did not want to be there servicing anything or anyone, as her sharp, short, rude tone expressed it clearly. Not one employee looked happy or exhausting, just "i really don't want to be here."
  I would not recommend anyone to go here and have to be put through this type of customer service of feeling unwanted for food that company training couldn't instill in the preparers.

  After calling the store to see if they had extra crispy (which the lady on the phone said they did) I drove all the way from goose creek and ordered a $20 fill up. They said they were out of extra crispy breasts. The manager said to me when I told her about me calling ahead "you asked if we had any extra crispy. Not extra crispy breasts." to me it's implied in the question. And also a very snarky answer. After. Finally offering to make more and waiting 15 minutes I get my food brought out to my car. The employee who brought it out felt it to be appropriate to comment about my vaping and how I shouldn't be doing it in my car for health reasons. I came to get food not medical advice, especially uneducated advice. Upon returning home after an hour of trying to obtain kfc I finally sit down with my family to eat. It wasn't until we were almost done and my husband wanted one more piece of chicken that we discovered that one of the pieces had a long black hair cooked into it. I was absolutely disgusted by this. I don't know what sort of hair products the person whose hair it was uses or if the wash it even. But regardless as to how their hair is kept, it shouldn't be in my food.
  
  I went back the next day (as the store was closed at this point) to ask the manager for a refund and it wasn't able to be done. She offered me more food but why would I want anything from an establishment that treated me so poorly and has unclean standards? I will be contacting cooperate. This is completely unacceptable.

  I just went there and got all the way home and they didn't get my order right on drive thru and I waited 10 minutes in parking lot for food. They were supposed to give me 2 Georgia gold LG baskets with a side of Mac and cheese and a side of mashed potatoes in each one.I GOT 3 ORDERS OF MAC AND CHEESE AND 1 COLE SLAW.IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!#!!!!!!!
